5.00The van was comfortable, Jose was a great guide, the stops were perfect! We had time to look around, take pics and shop if we wanted and he was always right there when we were ready to leave. It was just so convenient. Shopping was best on Umbrella St or we found handmade items on a little stretch across from the Park.

5.00Booked a last minute Puerta Plata tour while staying at the Lifestyle Resorts.. Communication was efficient and the details were easy to navigate. Our driver Osiris arrived on time to pick us up. The van was clean and air conditioned. We chose a tour of the Rum factory which was enjoyable, visited the Amber Museum, went to Umbrella Street and the Pink Street, the Church, the city center with the birds. We played dominos with our driver and I fed the street dogs :-)! We then toured the BLVD along the ocean and visited the fort for photos. Our driver then returned is to our hotel. I was happy with my booking and would use the company again.
