It is a full day private tour provided by a government-licensed guide, covering Peace Memorial Park and Miyajima.
Highly flexible and customizable based on your needs.
You can walk around the Peace Memorial Park, including the atomic dome bomb, several monuments/statues, the Peace Memorial Museum.
During the lunch, you will enjoy best Hiroshima cuisine, Okonomiyaki.
You will visit Miyajima island, a World Culture Heritage. The floating torii is amazing and you will feel the beautiful scenery and culture through walking through Itsukushima Shrine & Torii gate.
*The tour does not include lunch expense.
*We will use public transportation during the itinerary. If you prefer to use taxi for the tour, we can arrange it but the fare will be on your side
*When choosing a hotel pick, the guide will meet at your hotel, and we will use public transportation together

What To Expect
Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park
You will walk around the park, learning Hiroshima's history and cultural heritages. Our guide will explain what kind of messages each monument/statue deliver.
Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum
You will walk trough the Peace Memorial Museum, and will see a number of important exhibitions inside. A ticket is included in this tour. You can go around the museum by yourself, or walk trough with the guide.

5.00This is an essential necessary tour that should be done or necessary for any political aspirants for political office. It’s amazing man’s inhumanity to one another and how this atrocity happened. It’s very painful but a necessary restorative review of our history and very well done by the tour guide we had “Noa” she was knowledgeable and very sensitive to our need from when we first visited miyajima island by ferry and then the peace museum. She was very gracious and knowledgeable and Credit to your company. we enthusiastically endorse the store if there is any curiosity about our shared history this is an essential reflective part of our history that fortunately via Tor has made available to all of us as museums go of the park and the museum are excellent put together.

5.00Our guide, Maki was wonderful. Knowledgeable and kind she also gave us a lot of guidance on transport. My husband uses a rolling walker and she suggested that rather than hire a driver for the whole day at a cost of over $350, she suggested just getting a taxi when needed which saved a bundle! We saw the Atomic Bomb Museum and Peace Park and then took the ferry to Setonaikai National Park on an island off the coast with an impressive Shinto Shrine and Tori gate that is in the water since that was the original entrance to the shrine. The tame deer there were cute (but can become pesky) and through luck were able to see a traditional Shinto wedding ceremony while in the shrine itself. All in all a safe, comfortable and fun way to experience Hiroshima.

5.00Maki was a wonderful guide that we had hired in Hiroshima for two days. She’s very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions that we had. She spoke great English, and was easy to understand which is hard to find when traveling in Japan. She knows so much about Hiroshima and its history and we learned so much about this beautiful city in a short amount of time. I highly recommend hiring her either for six or eight hours. She put together a schedule for us based on what we were interested in seeing and learning about, and had some great ideas on things to do on our own as well. She was respectful honest and very pleasant to be around. I would definitely come back to Hiroshima and hire her again as our tour guide. she was wonderful!!!! 10 out 10 stars
