Misleading Experience and Complete Rip-Off

1.00Very disappointing experience. This review is directed at the company, not the tour guide, who was polite and did his best. The tour description was misleading and did not match what was delivered. We were told we would experience reindeer and huskies, but in reality we only saw reindeer from very far away and did not see any huskies at all, despite this being clearly mentioned in the description. There was also nothing special about the Santa experience. It was the same public Santa that anyone can see for free, yet it was presented as part of a “special” tour. In the end, I paid 475 euros for what was essentially a taxi ride and a cup of hot chocolate. The value for money is extremely poor, and the expectations created by the company were simply not met. I strongly do not recommend this company. The experience was a complete rip-off and not worth the price at all.

2.00This is honky and worthless unless you have a need to stand in line for a photo (must pay) with the "real" Santa or to go to the "real" North Pole post office. Total waste of time. Lots of stuff to buy if that is your thing.

5.00The insight into local traditions was fascinating. And, no trip to Rovaniemi would be complete without the exhilarating husky ride at the Arctic Circle Husky Park. This tour brilliantly captured everything that makes Rovaniemi special, with plenty of memories to cherish.
