As Great Wall is on the mountain top, so in order to let you speed up to the wall and see Great Wall as much as possible, we suggest you to use cable car instead of 40mins walk each way through mountain path. Save time & energy.

What To Expect

Mutianyu Great Wall

Pick you up in your beijing centre hotel, then drive to Mutianyu Great Wall directly. Once arrive at the The Mutianyu Great Wall, you’ll enjoy a less hurried experience and take time to marvel at this wondrous structure and the surrounding hillsides. Hiking up and down for about 3 hours at the various sections of the Wall, exploring the watch and beacon towers. Mutianyu is a bit more rugged and slightly less crowded than the more famous Badaling. Over 96% of Mutianyu is covered by trees and orchards, keeping the air fragrant with chestnut blossoms in the spring and fresh all year long. After Wall , you will return to your hotel.

Had a wonderful private tour with Jessica. Driver arrived on time in a luxury car, very comfortable with snacks provided. Jessica gave us all the information and took us around to different parts of the wall. We went on the cable car and toboggan which was excellent. Highly recommended tour.

Jack did an amazing job from start to finish! He spoke excellent English and answered all of our many questions. He made sure our trip to the Great Wall was a very smooth experience — helping us enter & taking us to the less crowded area. He even brought bananas and water for us which was very nice! He was very patient and fun to talk to. I would definitely book with Jack again!

Jack was an awesome guide. He brought us snacks and water for our drive to great wall and bought our tickets. He then drove us to a great noodle spot after the long trip. Hoghly recommend!

We went to Mutianyu Great Wall in autum and Jesica Jeo was our tour Guide, Amazing experience, the best time ever. Not to much people in this part of the wall. So recomendated She was very nice, friendly and supporting!

We had a fabulous trip to the Great Wall at Mutianyu with Ken. He was ready and waiting promptly at 7.00am at our hotel as arranged, his car was clean and comfortable and he chatted with us all the way there - what's more we were at the wall at 8.30 before the crowds arrived (when we left there were so many people there!) On the way back, I called him and he was ready and waiting to take us back to Beijing. I can thoroughly recommend both the Great Wall (which is just incredible - do it!) and using this company - it was a perfect morning.
