3.00When we arrived late at around 1 am after a 16 hour flight, there was no driver with a sign with my name. The travel agency screwed up the dates and we had to go thru half an hour of frustration before we could reach the travel agency and wait another 25 minutes before they sent a vehicle. I will never use Viator again with this experience.
