Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase (approx. 23 kg). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Infant seats are available upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.

1.00What can I say about this experience. First our flight was delayed at Seattle and we were seated on the plane with the doors shut, with no chance of using my phone. We were 50 minutes late arriving into Vancouver, and the driver had left. I checked my phone after landing, no message left. I asked drivers who were also waiting for other passengers on the same flight, who had waited, if they had seen our driver, prior to our arrival, all of them said no. Two hours after our flight landed I receive a message from the driver that he will be leaving the airport, really!! I still have the phone record. The company picking us up was based in Florida, and did not answer my call, which was no surprise. Vancouver has a set price of $25 for a taxi transfer to the city so I know what I will be doing in the future.

4.00Very nice tour—gave a good overview of the city. Our driver was very nice and had a lot of knowledge to share. I would suggest more stops where we could just get off for a few minutes to take aa picture. We were on the drivers side of the bus so a most of the sites were on the opposite side of the bus—couldn’t really see or take a picture.
