Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Protocol for all services, driver and passenger´s liabilities. 1.Nebulization of vehicles with disinfectants. 2.Cleaning of seats, floors, internal and external handles, seat belts, backrests and armrests every time a service is terminated. 3.No handshakes will be given in the greeting or farewell. 4.Voucher information is being requested and verified digitally. 5.The customer is asked to board the vehicle using the mask. If passenger does not have one, the driver will provide one immediately.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Fantastic service! Our driver was waiting for us close to the ground transportation exit and was easy to find. Loaded up our luggage and provided an enjoyable ride to our hotel. Shared great info about what to do while in Vancouver and answered all of my questions.

2.00The driver did not go into the terminal as expected. He was sending photos of his car with instructions on where to go in the airport to find the car. I had instructed him that he was to pick a family member of mine and had given him the contact information, yet he still was texting me as though I was the person he was to pick up. Arranging an Uber would have been easier and half the cost.

1.00Don't bother, book a Lyft or Uber or get a taxi. No person waiting at meet and greet with name tag as advertised, message received to go outside to pickup point 30, this area is where Lyft and Uber pickup.. Waited 15 mins and watched many pickups then I phoned and asked driver where he was. He arrived few minutes later. It would have been much more convenient to have taken a taxi. In addition the driver I had been texting with on this booking and told to contact on leaving baggage decided to send someone else with a different contact number.
