2.00The driver presentation and attitude were disappointing. He was not dressed appropriately and did not show the level of respect and courtesy expected in this type of service. Professionalism should extend beyond driving to include appearance and respectful communication with clients, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.

5.00Viator booked us with Amsterdamse Taxi. Our driver called a little before our pick- up at the crowded Cruise terminal. After introducing himself he sent a pic of the car/ license no. He was on time, very professional, courteous. We would use Amsterdamse Taxi in future visits.
