2.00The only thing that was great was our driver Shamsu who was professional and really nice always trying to please us as much as possible. We started the VIP tour by a stop at a place with literally thousands of people where you had the choice between paying a buggy tour or waiting for one hour. This is definitely not a nice way to start a journey while we had already paid more than four hundred USD... then later, the food at the premium camp was nothing else than a cantina from India, not even any local food at all... and the show was quite average. The overall experience would have been rated very poor without Shamsu who tried his best in highly professional manner.

5.00Sam was great. Very calm in nature and had good conversations with him on the way to the Safari. We were late for our pick up time and he waited with no attitude whatsoever. Highly recommend him.
