What To Expect

Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

Very organized. Very friendly. Received our confirmation and was able to save it on my cell. We did not have to wait when we arrived. Return driver arrived early and made sure we were at the airport on time to catch our flight.

Both on the way there and on the way back, they were exactly located where they said, and they were timely. helpful with luggage. even provided us with cold water when we arrived. they were also able to accommodate our big party in 1 van.

Our transportation by DAT was outstanding. Our drivers were the best - on time, very professional and made us feel so safe. They talked about how well the owners treated them and how long they've worked for the company - usually a testament to a well run company.

Excellent service, highly recommend. My wife and I did the Suburban Luxury transfer and could not have been happier. Our flight to PUJ was ~4 hrs delayed, and I was sure the driver wouldn't be there. To my delight, we immediately found our driver, no problem at all (did ask someone in the airport for the DAT transportation and they pointed me to the right spot). The cars were very clean, the drivers were courteous, helpful, and friendly. We could not have asked for an easier, safer experience.

I absolutely loved this resort. All the staff were really friendly and we all had a great time. Fabio at the main bar at the pool was the absolute best! As well as Carlos one of the bell men. He took care of our every need! *I actually went June 2019 but it will not me select any date past October.

Stayed a week in June 2018. Loved the check in, as we had diamond club upgrade. Jet blue left the wife’s luggage in JFK so that we awful. But we go to our room and loved it, we had water park across from us, great food choices, pools and beverages. The concierge was fantastic as was the staff, always calling us “family “:and always smiling. The use of the adjacent resort helps with diamond club beach and bar and table service. Will def go back!
