What To Expect
Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00Was extremely pleased with the service provided. This was our first time traveling to the Dominican and wasn’t sure which transfer to go with as it didn’t seem as simple as it does in Cancun Mexico but so glad we went with our gut and picked DAT! Very professional driver and extremely clean van. The driver even had beer that was available for purchase for the ride which was a huge plus! There was someone from DAT waiting as soon as we exited the airport with a sign that had our name on it and after confirming with them only took about 5 min for our van to arrive. I would highly recommend using DAT for your transfer to and from the airport!

5.00I used DAT for my transfer to the Bahia Principe Resort in Punta Cana. It was a private transfer for 3 of us (my husband and a friend). The staff was friendly and their English was great. I found them easily at the airport. They had a sign with my name on it and I did not have to wait at all. They pulled right up and took us directly to our resort. They offered us cold water which was great after a long flight and a hot day! On the way back, they were waiting at the lobby 15 minutes ahead of schedule, and got us quickly back to the airport. This company is amazing, and I would use them again.
