What To Expect

Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. Pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received for departure back to the airport. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

We just met again with our butler Javier. He is Excellenté. He booked our appointment at La Gourmet restaurant and was great helping us pick the perfect massage package for my wife and I. He is so friendly and sincere to help serve us on our vacation. Javier is the best! What a great ambassador you have working for your resort. He always asked us how much are we enjoying this resort. We will definitely see him a few more times during our week here
