What To Expect
Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00Since our family arrived and departed at three different times, we used three different DAT vans and six different DAT drivers. All were friendly, professional, helpful with luggage, safe drivers, and they greeted us with free cold bottles of water on arrival. The price is very reasonable for this level of service.

5.00We had requested a return transfer from Punta Cana Airport to Iberostar Pension and the service was perfect. The drivers arrived on time with an air-conditioned and recent minivan, for us alone. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

5.00Fantastic service to our resort and then back to the airport at the be did our trip. Was easy to find upon our arrival in the Dominican Republic at the airport, and then were right on time when we were picked up from our resort to return to the airport. Loved getting the text message a couple days before letting me know the time they would arrive at the resort. Comfortable air conditioning and cold water as well. Great transportation and will definitely use again!
