What To Expect

Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

RT transfer from PUJ to Secrets Tides, they had a sign with my last name and waiting for our party of 4 upon arrival, whisked us directly to the resort and offered bottle water in an air conditioned van. For our return to the airport 2 members of our party extended their stay, we notified DAT via email and they were very accommodating in adjusting for the additional passengers "48hr notice" our driver John could not have been more friendly. We're definitely using DAT on our next DR trip

The views were gorgeous. The people were friendly. The ride was comfortable, & safe. The driver was punctual & welcoming. Gave us the perfect amount of time to get to the airport on our trip back.

Quick email replies to special requests. Car was waiting when we arrived. Great driver. After this experience, also booked return trip. Driver arrived at the set time and we arrived in plenty of time for our flight.

I really enjoy Dominican Airport Transfers. My wife and I always get the suburban transfer and it is always clean and comfortable. This trip our driver back to the airport was Rigoberto and this guy should be a historical tour guide. Great Job.

There was a mix up and we didn't get transportation provided by Excellence el Carmen. Luckily we found DAT. We chose the private van option and it was perfect. Both our drivers were great and timely! Would definitely recommend!!!
