What To Expect
Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00On time for both pick ups. Clear signs with company name and my name. For Arrival pick up, driver was very friendly and had cold beverages ready for us. Vans were very spacious and clean. Would definitely use this company again!

5.00This is an EXCELLENT service! Easy to book online, responsive, and a fair price for a private direct ride to our hotel. They were easy to identify at the airport and delivered us with care. If your schedule changes, you can easily reach them via WhatsApp text. They send email reminders and documents. Our return trip was just as easy and they were on time. Drivers are friendly and helpful. This was SO much better than taking that huge bus that stops at each resort! Highly recommend this company!!
