What To Expect
Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00This was a pleasant experience . DAT was on time and very easy to locate. Soon as we exit, I saw my name just as they explain. The drivers were kind and professional. I love that they were all wearing shirts with the DAT logo. They were also a lot cheaper than others.

5.00We booked private transfer through this company upon arrival to Punta Cana from airport to Hard Rock resort and then back on the day of departure from the hotel to the airport. It was flawless. When we arrived, car was ready, it was clean, the driver was very professional, and the ride was very pleasant. The same experience we had on the way back. The driver arrived for pick up at the hotel on time, no waiting, no issues. I will recommend this company.

5.00It was easy to find the DAT desk after we went through the custom at the airport, even though the signage with my name on it was not held up. The staff were very friendly and also checked my ID for confirmation. The vehicle was clean and spacious and the driver is professional. Overall we are very happy with the service.

5.00DAT was very easy to book. They respond immediately to your questions. They have signs with your name and make it very easy to find them. We had 3 people going to Hard Rock and 5 going back. They did not charge us more for the trip and they dropped off our friends at Jet Blue & Delta. It was a very pleasant experience. We initially tried booking transfers throught Hard Rock Hotel and it was a complete nightmare. Two weeks for a follow up email response which was not answered. Thank You DAT!!!
