What To Expect
Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00Very good service, excellent communication. Traffic was bad on our pick up and they texted us and let us know that they’d be 10 minutes late. Which I thought was excellent service would highly recommend them reasonable pricing very very clean cars and drivers.

5.00My DAT drivers were reliable, on time, professional and super friendly! The sprinter van was clean and spacious. On the way to our hotel, we were stuck in a ton of traffic and the driver was so patient with navigating traffic and got us there safely. Our driver back to the airport was super nice and was conversating with us about the DR and it was such a nice chat (shout out to Joel!).

5.00We had a great experience... Flight was delayed due to global system issues, but DAT team was on top of game and followed our status. When we arrived 3 hrs late they were ready for us in minutes and transfer to hotel was smooth. Also, return was flawless... very very good communication with the team and drivers very courteous. We will use them every time we get back to PUJ
