What To Expect
Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00Excellent service, my outbound flight to Punta Cana was delayed by 9 hours, that was no problem for the taxi service, they were waiting for us as soon as we landed and took us to our destination. Also back we were taken to the airport were punctual and friendly, the cars clean and safe. Special thanks for service to Guascar and Manuel!

5.00This is the second time we have used DAT. The first was in October 2021 when we last visited the DR. Great experience. The DAT spot is right outside the terminal with a board that notes your name. It was probably 5 minutes after we were greeted that our driver was there loading up the luggage. Good service, great price. Definitely recommend them.

5.00So easy!!! Our van and driver (who was very pleasant) were ready and waiting for us at the airport. Our driver had a cooler with drinks in it since it's normally pretty warm winding through the airport to the transportation area. When it came time to leave, the driver with his van was there early. Very clean and efficient. The cost is the same as Amstar with lots of people and stops. I will not use another service when we visit again.

5.00This is the easiest service we have ever used. We got out of the airport and the driver was standing there with a sign with my name on it. When we left the hotel there was a driver who was early with a sign with my name on it. He even checked my id which I appreciated to make sure it was me. Luis was our driver on the way back to the airport he was very friendly.
The overall roundtrip experience was excellent!

5.00We have used DAT every time we are in Punta Cana. The vans are clean and in good condition. I have to say our driver who picked us up was one of the best drivers we have ever encountered ever. His name is Luis and he first of all can speak English, which it makes great for conversing with him. He made sure I got into the van okay, have a little problem with this, we chatted the entire way back to airport. When we arrived he told us to stay in the van while he found a person with a wheel chair. Very considerate and would recommend him to anyone using this service. In fact, he remembered us from our last trip with him. Will always use this service when in Punta Cana.
