What To Expect
Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00DAT was an affordable amazing option for us. The only downside is pay attention to pick up instructions as they don’t have a counter at the airport- you need to go outside and someone will be waiting for you! Both drivers were friendly, safe and on time even when we were delayed. Vans aren’t anything special but would recommend the private option like we did!

5.00"Prince Royce" picked us up at the Punta Cana Airport (PUJ). He held up a sign stating our names, so he was easy to find. The vehicle was running with the AC on. He had cold waters, Mamajauna- the official drink of Dominican Republic, and he played music made by Dominican artists on the radio. It was a fantastic ride to our resort.

Their prices are great and it's really easy to pre-book your transfers prior to your trip (highly recommend doing this)! Also, they're safe, reliable, friendly, fast, and easy to find at the airport! 5.00I would highly recommend DAT for transfers. I was alone and felt extremely safe. Both of my drivers from Airport and back were so friendly and accommodating. The way back to the airport was such VIP service.
