5.00Private tour of the Rijksmuseum was a fantastic way to learn about the architect of the museum, some Amsterdam and Dutch history and receive an overview of the major pieces in the museum. As we were visiting for only 4 days, we knew we could not spend more than a couple of hours at the museum and our guide Max taught and showed us a great deal in a short time. His knowledge was deep of the history and context of the museum and the pieces he highlighted. He anptly answered all of our questions and even extended our tour to share a few additional pieces he thought we would enjoy (we did!). Max was excellent and the tour was a great way to see the Rijksmuseum!

5.00Our tour guide was Daan. He was really good. He explained everything so well and he took his time to explain everything and did not rush. We had requested him at the start that we wanted to see the Cuyper's library, so he ensured that we did since it was near closing time. Since it was a private tour, it was really focused and we could really appreciate the works of art as well as Daan answered all our queries too. Highly recommend this tour and hope you get Daan as your tour guide.
