This needs two ratings. Our guide Ben G gets 4.5 for his friendliness and engagement and resident knowledge. Supremely nice guy. The "food" component for the price? 2 stars. The 5 food stops did not merit the elevated price. I expect food tours to be more $$ but this was NOT worth the money.

Along with the food, you get stories and info about the food, and great general info about Chicago. More than enough food to be a long lunch. Lots of walking but plenty to see and stories enjoy along the way so it goes by easily. End of tour is different location than starting point (20 min walk away), so plan accordingly when considering parking or your next activity. We had a great time.

Nice selection of food stops. Found some restaurants that I will return to in the future. Great way to explore the neighborhood.

Great way to experience Chicago's food scene! Our guide was fantastic. The food variety was outstanding, from classic deep dish pizza to hidden local gems I never would have found on my own. The portion sizes were perfect. Generous enough to really taste everything but not too large that you get too full to enjoy the next stop. I loved the stories behind each restaurant. Highly recommend for both visitors and locals who want to discover new spots in their own city.
