Safety of flight is our primary concern. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or appear to be intoxicated. Intoxicated passengers will not fly and they will be charged in full.
For doors off tours, jackets and/or sweatshirts, closed toe shoes, and hair ties are required. Long pants are recommended.
When booking the doors off experience, your seat may or may not be directly adjacent to an open door.
Only passengers weighing 80 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Robinson R44 helicopter. Only passengers weighing 100 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Airbus Astar helicopter.
All passengers 24 months and older must purchase a full fare seat.
For each guest weighing 260 pounds or more, a weight and balance fee is required to safely balance the aircraft. For guests weighing between 260-279 lbs, a fee in the amount of 50% of the seat price will be assessed after booking. For guests weighing 280 lbs or higher, an additional seat purchase will be assessed after booking.

1.00Nothing but utter disappointment. I leave to get there early thats when I first got told I was heavy and their was a fee of around$200 extra from what I paid ahead of time, then the fee was waved, then you can't take your camera, then maybe you can take your camera, then maybe we can make a strap work. Worst part there was a strap in my hand that was made for it but i started getting the feeling they wanted to sell me pictures from my flught, no doubt at a huge markup. I ended up refusing to fly with them at all and tried to leave. As I left they followed me out of the building trying to convince me what just happened was " all a mistake" and " I really want you to fly with us today". This felt like they just wanted my money. I can not, repeat can not recommend this company. They do not meet my bare minimum rating. They are deciding whether or not to refund my money, odds are they will refuse.

5.00Had a couple tours cancelled because of weather and safety. We really wanted to go and staff were great rescheduling after cancellations. Unfortunately my husband couldn’t reschedule do to business. My daughter and I went with JoJo and Kalani they were great sights amazing. A must do experience

5.00I have given 5 stars as our pilot Lucien was the best! Knowledgeable, super friendly and fantastic pilot. However, its the company I am not happy with. I chose this company, as I wanted to ride in a Rainbow helicopter. We were in a plain one. Had we been told this prior, that it wasnt going to be a Rainbow helecopter as advertised, I would have gone with Magnum instead. So disappointing, we didnt even bother with the photos, we took our own against the Rainbow one in the background.

5.00I cannot emphasize how cool this experience was! The doors off is a must as you feel so free and get spectacular unobstructed views along the way. Julian is an amazing pilot and a great tour guide, thanks a lot man! Too bad there’s only 5 stars because this is the best experience money can buy!

5.00Had an amazing flight at the 5pm time slot. I chose the doors off and I highly recommend it. It brought the tour to the next level and made you feel like you were a bird. Gavin was my pilot. He was fun, easy going and informative. Overall worth every penny!
