When making a booking, you must provide your arrival and departure flight information and the name of your accommodation. Please note: If your transfer (arriavl and/ or departure) is between the hours of 8:00pm and 5:59am, a supplement of $10 per person, per trip applies. 1.00Our flight was late but the travel company was notified and I still had to wait at the airport for the shuttle. The transfer was also late with the return service back to the airport. Not sure if I would book with the company again.

3.00They were late picking us up at the airport to bring us to hotel. Our hotel was literally 10 minutes from the airport, we could have walked. The greeter told us there was traffic and that is why they were not at the airport on time for pick up. I found the greeter about 20 minutes later and she was holding a card with someones name on it. I believe she was waiting for the next group to arrive so we could take the bus together. In that way they didn't have to come back to get the other fare. If I had known how close our hotel was to the airport, I would have taken a cab.
