During this half-day excursion, follow your local guides born and raised in these areas to view some of the local hidden places, hop on a "Carro De Concho" (typical transportation method) going through the heart of various neighborhoods of the Dominican capital, stop by our hood sign, visit the studio where many dembow hits have being produced, visit a typical house, help our locals cook typical Dominican food or taste typical Dominican patties (homemade food is offered with reservations for two persons and above), Dominican ice cream (helado de fundita) and enjoy the fantastic views of Santo Domingo from above our cable car and ride our modern metro.

Best authentic & the only barrio tour in Sabyo Domingo! Mike was our guides and gave us an incredible experience. They spoke English and provided extra care and attention to any questions we had. Best believe you will be safe and well fed. Theres lots of treats throughout the tour. It was enlightening to see the incredible work and improvement the government has put to low income areas of Santo Domingo. Don't miss out on these tours your next time in the city!

I have done many tours in my lifetime. But this tour was amazing. The tour guide was professional and very knowledgeable about the SD and DR history.
