Our tour guide was Diane Rice and she was a wonderful tour guide, very pleasant and knowledgeable, it showed that she enjoys doing these tours. I thought the food tastings interesting and delicious, definitely generous portions. I haven't had a lot of southern style cooking, a lot of new experiences for me

Our guide was Graham and he was great. Very informative and professional. The food stops we did were excellent. I would do this tour again. Graham says every tour is a different stop.

My husband and I took the Savor the Flavors of Charleston Tour With faith Milone as our guide. It was a small group which was very nice. Each stop was a delight and the food was a real treat. At Handy & Hot I had the lightest and most delicious biscuit. It quite literally melted in my mouth and lemonade with a hint of vanilla bean will be a Summer favorite. Christophe's Patissier was a special with macaroons and truffles. I've never had or thought of Shrimps and Grits the way they were prepared at Hyman's Seafood, but they were delicious and the fried chicken slider at Ruby Royale was a treat . Faith not only provided us with animated food history but also gave us history of delightful Charleston. At the end of our tour, I was having a great deal of knee pain from a previous knee replacement. I was not going to be able to go on Historical waking tour we had booked, but I wanted my husband to go. Faith was awesome as she recommended a hotel where I could sit and relax while my husband went on the tour and the lovely people at Ruby Royale let us sit for awhile till my knee felt better. All in all it was an excellent morning of food and history. I highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed our tour guide . She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the food in Charleston.. she was open to questions and shared her recipes ! I enjoyed listening about her experiences on recipe's! Unfortunately not all the food we expected was good ( chicken and biscuit was very salty ) . We kinda thought we were going to eat more of seafood.
