Not good. Did not greet me at arrival hall. Had to push my suitcase and personal item from door 3 to door 12, then across the street to the parking lot and he was not at the designated pickup spot. Had to text him again asking where he was. Took another 5 minutes for him to get to that spot in the parking lot. Will never book with them again.

The driver communicated with us the day before the pick up. He was on time on the pick up date. He helped with the luggages. He was a fast driver. There were times that he would brake hard because of close proximity.

Excellent! Reliable, the driver notified me when he was late just a few minutes because of bad weather, showed up with positive attitude and drove me to the airport without chatting. I will definitely use this company again.
