This experience will allow you to grasp the true essence of Sorrento.
The meeting point is Piazza Lauro.
We will start by skirting a typical citrus grove, and then overlooking a terrace overlooking the sea. We will reach the main square, dedicated to the poet Torquato Tasso, to admire one of the most photographed abandoned places in the world: the "Valley of the Mills".
We will enter the narrow streets of the old town, discovering the ancient craft traditions and the most important monuments including: the cathedral, the "Sedil Dominova" and the cloister of
St. Francis.
After admiring the typical "postcard" on the Gulf of Naples, we will continue our experience reaching the ancient fishing village of Marina Grande.
The timeless atmosphere and pastel colors of this charming place, will be the right conclusion of the visit of Sorrento.
We are waiting for you and as a famous TV commercial said: "Sorrento, you arrive as a tourist and leave as one of the family."

We spent a lovely afternoon walking with Valeria throughout Sorrento. She is an excellent tour guide and made the experience personal to what we wanted to see and do. We walked through many areas of the city and she shared lots of history and colorful interesting stories about the city. She also recommended restaurants and specific shopping locations for the items we were most interested in. We went to dinner after the tour to one of her recommended restaurants and it was fantastic!

Roberto was fantastic! He was very informative and engaging. There were only the two of us so we received a private tour of the city.

We had a great guide—unfortunately not enough time! Plus way too many tourists for visiting at this time—-August.

Valeria was a wonderful guide! We really enjoyed her tour. It was a private tour for my wife and I. Valeria showed us many beautiful spots around Sorrento and also gave us the history of how Sorrento came to be. We’d highly recommend.

It was great to have a young and very knowledgeable guide like Vins to show us around Sorrento. He added personal touches about his own experiences in Sorrento. The limoncello tasting was also fun and included several other cellos like melon and chocolate along with delicious snacks/desserts. Vins also provided some excellent dining recommendations that we used during our stay.

Our guide, Vins, was great. Having lived all his life in Sorrento there wasn’t much he didn’t know about the place. We saw lots of interesting things and learned a lot about the history of the place. Vins’ English was perfect. We had a great two way dialogue and even some jokes. All of our questions were answered knowledgeably. If you really want to get a feel for Sorrento and understand some of its history, this is the way to do it. After the tour Vins followed up with a list of recommendations for restaurants ice cream parlours and places to visit. I have done a lot of walking tours like this, in various places around the world, and this was one of the best

Great walking tour with Alessandro through beautiful Sorrento. It was a great way to start our stay and get our bearings. We were delayed due to travel and he agreed to meet us an hour after our scheduled tour, which was much appreciated!

Our guide Roberto was knowledgable. Our group enjoyed the tour very much. While we had been to Sorrento before, we saw several things that we didn’t do last time.
