STRAAT celebrates a wide variety of styles, shapes, techniques and messages, as told by the greatest art movement of our time: street art. The ever-changing exhibition at Amsterdam's Museum for Graffiti & Street art kicks off before you even walk through the doors. On the outside of the building you will find a gigantic multicolored portrait of Anne Frank. Artists from all over the world have traded their murals in the streets of New York, Tokyo and São Paulo for a more traditional medium. Nothing has been sacrificed in terms of size; their canvases remain life-size, as do the stories and lives of the artists who brought their work here.

A beautiful place. Magnificent and enormous works. Different styles but all very interesting to admire in peace. The space is so large that even if there are people you can enjoy and take pictures simply. The high-rise peti café extends the experience a little by admiring the works from a different angle. We had a great time.

Really great experience. Unlike other art galleries. Easily accessible by the free boat every 15 minutes from the Centraal station. Cafes near to STRAAT if you arrive early. Cafes inside during the day.

This was a total surprise and one of the highlights of the time we spent in Amsterdam. The museum is a little difficult to get to from the central station but well worth the effort.
