1.00Tour guide never showed up. The company wouldn’t answer my messages on the Viator App until I got Viator Support to reach out to the company on my behalf. There was no telephone or WhatsApp number to call them. Once they finally responded they claimed they got the day mixed up. I was already at the station with another person who was also waiting to start the tour.
