1.00My friend and I had a sunrise hot air ballon trip and we arrived on time. They canceled due to “lack of people” which I think was very unprofessional. I believe that if you pay for a service and arrive ON TIME. It shouldn’t ruin your experience because of others tardiness. The people were so quick to cancel too which was insane.

1.00The ride was cancelled the night before due to high winds. We were informed to initiate a refund by calling a number provided. When we called, the phone operator was short and rude. Overall, we were looking forward to the experience but the customer services was lacking.

From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, making it a stress-free and exhilarating adventure. The crew was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to explain the process, ensuring everyone felt safe and comfortable before takeoff. Watching the massive balloon inflate was mesmerizing, and once we gently lifted off the ground, it felt like floating on air. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Drifting above the landscape as the sun rose was nothing short of spectacular. The world looked so peaceful from above, with mountains and tiny towns stretching out beneath us.
