We will help you choose the best shops for your style from nearly 200 stores in the area. The district also has many restaurants and bars, ranging from those inspired by foreign cultures, to Izakayas (Japanese pubs) that offer unique dining experiences. Join our local tour guide for a memorable food adventure at two of these restaurants! Don't worry - we will help you with everything from ordering to explaining the dishes.

The best tour I’ve had in Japan, the tour guide was so friendly and recommended a lot of spots in Japan, went to a lot of fashion shops, restaurants and bars and just had a blast time together. Must go for a tourist!

Nothing better than getting to know this neighborhood through the eyes of a local passionate about fashion and good food. Cammy took us to his favorites clothing stores, taking our tastes into account. I found a top and some really cute accessories. I loved seeing such unique types of clothing. Also we visited a Yukata shop! Such elegant and unique pieces, Cammy even told my boyfriend how to style the one he bought, he is very fashionable. We told Cammy we hadn't tried Taiyaki, and she took us to try them. We ordered three different flavors: sweet potato, custard, and bean paste, and we shared them. After a little more shopping, we got hungry and went to a restaurant where we were greeted very warmly and ate the best pizza we've ever had. Pizza in Japan? Yes!!! I highly recommend it! Meat sushi, ravioli, and tortilla. Delicious! Oh, and don't forget to pair them with wine and beer. Finally, we visited two bars, met a friend of Cammy's, and Yumi! A Colombian bartender, I loved meeting her! We had a great time. We loved meeting Cammy; he is very kind, friendly, and funny. You're going to have a great time with him!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. If you are looking to experiences Japan modern culture in there peaceful and natural tradition this is your tour. The vibe on the street, store, restaurant and bar where on a noter lever. You get to explore, shop and eat really good food. Definitely going back the next time I go to Japan.

If you like vintage clothing and local food PLEASE GO. Cammy the tour guide is an awesome dude, speaks English well, and he’ll show you around shimokitazwa with ease and style. I had a great time with cammy and you will also!

To sum up- the entire experience was amazing! I met with guide Cammy in front of the Shimokitazawa station and off we went! What I really liked about the tour is that it's quite flexible, so make sure to inform your guide about your preferences when it comes to shopping and dining! We first went to multiple thrift stores where I could purchase affordable clothes and accessories. Later we went for food, which I was kind of worried about as I don't eat meat, however Cammy knows Shimokitazawa really well and he knew exactly which restaurants serve vegetarian dishes! As we had some time left, Cammy also suggested we check out a local music bar which was the perfect end of the Shimokitazawa tour! I spent a nice evening shopping and dining in Shimokitazawa thanks to Cammy who showed me all the best spots!!! Definitely going back next time I'm in Japan :)).
