Our tour guide, Kevin was great. We had an unforgettable experience and learned a lot about Mayan civilization. Swimming in the cenote inside of a cave was amazing! Our lunch was very tasty .

Ricardo and driver Enrique facilitated an excellent tour. They shared information about the ruins and answered additional questions as well. The cenote was beautiful and the guided swim through the caves allowed us to see wildlife and cave features. At lunch there were a variety of options of food. No complaints from me; this was an amazing tour and Ricardo is an excellent guide!

This tour included many important sites. But despite a very early departure we felt quite rushed at Tulum and Coba. Ricardo did a really nice job and kept the group moving. But if we’d traveled on our own, we would take taken more time in the ruins and less in the vendor areas.

The destinations are great and the guide was great. But consider swapping the activities because we did not get lunch until 3:30. Which is pretty late for lunch when you are starting at 5:30am. Also we picked up two people at door front in Playa del Carmen timeshare. It took extra 20 minutes one way because so far in and speed bumps. the pick up should be on main road.

The information they provided in the itinerary is misleading. I joined this tour because they said in the itinerary that we are going to spend 2hrs in Tulum and 2.5hrs in Coba. But in fact it wasn't. We could only spend 1hr in Tulum and 1hr 15mins in Coba, because the guide would spend extra 10mins to buy us tickets, ask us to go to the bathroom for 15mins, then ask us to go to the souvenir shops for another 15mins. So after adding these up, that's what the itinerary claimed..... Other than that, the tour itself is not bad. Quick response after booking. Clear instructions on the meeting point. The guide and driver are nice
