Tirta Empul Temple
TirtaEmpul is a beautiful temple located in Gianyar Bali that offers outstanding beauty along with its holy water. This temple is popular because of its holy water which is also open for the public. It is believed that if you soak and bath with the water, God will grant your wishes. No wonder there are so many local and foreign tourists who soak in the water of TirtaEmpul temple every day. If you do not want to soak, it is not a big deal because you can just enjoy the view.
This is a special landmark if you want to enjoy the view of Bali traditional houses. It is located in Batuan, Gianyar and becomes the most favorite attraction for many tourists worldwide. When you join our full-day tour, you will be escorted to this landmark. You can enjoy and see how wonderful Bali traditional houses are. The houses really look rustic made from wood with roofing made of grass or straw. Though it looks classic and old-fashioned, it is still worth to visit.

5.00Had a terrific trip, the host Tude was lovely, and took pride in explaining Bali and Bali culture, which was a real highlight. I've spent the week looking at things in Bali but this was a chance to learn about the history and culture which was a treat. Some stops I'm not sure about - the woodcarving was basically just a wood store. The rice field is lush and wonderful, tude talked me through the water temple process (sadly, he had to cover my sarong cost and i don't have cash so haven't been able to pay him back). It is a long day trip but I felt i got to see lots of sights, and my guide Tude took a lot of pride in teaching me about Bali. Would recommend

5.00John was an amazing tour guide. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in the history of Ubud culture, temples and art culture. Although I’m afraid of heights, he patiently walk me through Tegenungan Waterfall- I’m glad I braced myself and took a chance.

5.00Johnny was an amazing and informative host! We went to all the sites of Ubud and his guidance throughout the day made for the best trip. Very thoughtful, kind and helpful, we were able to enjoy every stop and felt comfortable and safe. Johnny was also a great driver and had a lovely car. The itinerary was well stacked and flexible. Highly recommend the coffee plantation!

5.00Mr. Mery was punctual, very jovial, and very knowledgeable about various parts of the trip. He's very funny and made our entire group feel comfortable. He was very informative of the various aspects of the Tirtha Empul visit, along with rice fields, coffee farms and roastery. Highly recommend him as a tour guide and would love to take him elsewhere in Bali. He also provided a ride to the airport, and made sure we got there despite the unpredictable traffic
