1.00Tour guide himself was good. Tour agency: TERRIBLE. Did not honour paid agreement dated 25/5/25 for round trip to hotel. Tour agency replied Viator saying they will remember to do so but tour agency told customer a different story and ask if i want to cancel my overseas holiday, <12 hours beforehand so that it is easier (for them). Context- I have flewn a 6hrs SIA flight from Singapore to Australia for this holiday to make it easier for the tour agency. 25 May: Tour confirmation, with paid agreement for round trip pick up & drop off @ pre-selected hotel. Itinerary cleared indicated so on viator app before and after payment on 25/5/25. I even received itinerary details with confirmed round trip back to hotel. This is in fact, confirmed by Viator on 15/11/25. Viator groupchat agent, Roseneal B has confirmed with me that i paid for *guaranteed pick-up and drop -up.*. Roseneal even contacted the tour agency and send me an official email reconfirmation reply stating *The supplier said they can pick you and drop you off at Veriu Queen Victoria Market, 91/101 Therry St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. Tour agency whatsapped me <12hrs before Luxury Small Group Tour with A) Wrong address for pick up. B) Stated he will drop me off at a train station instead C) Ignored the Viator reminder screenshot i that sent, stating clearly that his company has replied Viator that it is indeed true that my booking included round trip journey back to hotel. 28/11/25 Update: Tour agency CEO, mr melvin, claimed that his company never had this written correspondence with Viator. 19/11/25 Tour agency had the audacity to say that “i’m not sure what amount yoh paid but we are one of the cheapest small group tours.” Icing to the cake: typo error in message sent to customer. Tour operator even advertised this experience as a luxury tour. What a joke.

5.00Very good travel experience, had a great time, the car was comfortable, the companions were very kind, the guide knew a lot, very patient. Everything to play was done, and Mr. Guide worked hard to find the kangaroo. The vehicle is very powered, there is no smell inside and I would recommend it if a friend came. Great travel experience, looking forward to coming back again.

5.00This tour was honestly incredible; we got to see the Twelve Apostles, walk down the Gibson Steps, have lunch in Apollo Bay, and even stop in Colac for a really nice break. Peter also made a special effort to make sure we saw koalas and kangaroos along the way, which added such a fun and personal touch to the day. Ending the tour with a visit to the chocolate factory was the sweetest way to wrap everything up. Everything felt easy and well-timed, the small group made it super comfortable, and the scenery was unbelievable the whole way. And honestly, a huge thank you to Peter. He was amazing the entire day and genuinely made the experience even better. If you’re considering a Great Ocean Road tour from Melbourne and want something comfortable, well-organised, personal, and memorable; I highly recommend this one. Would happily do it again.

5.00This was a great day! We covered a lot of ground but it didn’t feel rushed. Going in reverse order was the right choice so you see the 12 apostles first thing. A few areas were closed when we went so we couldn’t walk as much around Loch Ard Gorge or go to Gibsons steps but it was still very beautiful and worthwhile. We had amazing sightings of a few adorable koalas and a group of kangaroos which was the highlight for me! Peter was a great guide, he gave us lots of information and was good at striking a balance with letting us enjoy each place while keeping us on time. So glad I chose this small group tour after reading countless average reviews for other tours. Would highly recommend!

5.00OMGGGGG Peter (our guide) was AMAZING!!! I am serious recommend this tour compare with others, Lets start my honest review!! Hope it helps 🫶🫶 --- 1. Car/Van ❤️ The car is so important on an all-day tour! If your butt, back, or knees hurt, it totally affects the next day’s plans. But this van was super comfortable!!! 2. Guide ❤️ Peter was honestly so, so friendly! He tried so hard to show us koalas and kangaroos, and he shared so much history and information. We loved it!! Every single spot he let us see was just 💯!!!!❤️🫶🫰 3. Convenience❤️ They picked us up and dropped us off right in front of our accommodation, which was incredibly convenient. I even forgot to bring water, but they provided it—so nice! 4. No pressure at all❤️ Some tour guides tell you where to eat (usually not great places), or rush you to hurry up and get back on the bus. But this tour never pushed us. It was really free and relaxed, so we were able to find good restaurants and grab great coffee! (We all know how important food is when traveling, right?) Seriously, even if you pay a little extra, choose this one!!! You won’t regret it!! (And I’m even from Brisbane 😂😂)

5.00Rafi was an amazing Tour guide he basically took us thru the history of every location we went. We got to see the 12 apostles, walk through a beautiful rainforest and got to see kangaroos in the wild. We even got to stop at a beautiful chocolate factory. Had amazing seafood and a restaurant recommended by Rafi excellent choice for lunch. I have to say Rafi was really the best tour guide in Melbourne.

4.00Rafy wad excellent and the tour terrific. 1 star less because (1.)it was booked as door to door trip which was obviously changed between booking and our trip, and we were dropped off at southgate terminal and (2.) although we informed the organizer through trip advisor of our hotel in docklands that was not listed and got the information that this would be fine for pickup, on the evening before the activity we got the information of a pickup at a hotel 1.5km away. This could be sttaightened out afterwards but caused some stress.

5.00Mike is a good driver who is a very kind guide. I got a beautiful photo. What impressed me was the close-up view of wild kangaroos. The gestures of eating grass and scratching my body were very cute. The ice cream from the chocolate factory we stopped by on the way home was also amazing!
