Amazing trip with very informative and friendly guide Jeremy driving us from Anchorage to Portage Glacier boat pick up point and point. During the trip we had a couple of stops with views of Turnagain arm and the infamous mudflats. Thanks to Jeremy for sharing with us the Geology of the Mudflats and dangers that lurk within. Bird Point was a beautiful sight as well. Unfortunately we did not see a lot of fauna like painted sheep or any Beluga's at Beluga Point but that's just luck. During the trip Jeremy kept sharing a lot of local history, earthquake events, and details about other smaller towns in the area. The boat trip to Portage Glacier is breathtaking and thanks to captains for taking us so close to the natural waterfall and the glacier. It is sad to hear at the rate at which the glacier(s) are reducing though. On the way back we had a great short stay at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation center. It is a rehabilitation place for wildlife and was a great opportunity to see some exotic animals so up close. All in all I would highly recommend this tour.

Even in heavy rainy weather this tour was great fun. We loved the wildlife center. Sadly, the glacier cruise was cancelled due to a safety issue, but the company refunded that part of the day very quickly. Our guide knew a lot about the area and was very kind. Well worth the time!

Jeremy was amazing! Down to earth and stopped to see all the animals, even the balugas! Would recommend to see more of the Alaskan beauty and wildlife, the glacier was definitely an added bonus!

Do it! Husband & Wife operation. Friendly & customer focused. Takes time show you great views & is knowledgeable about the scenic views. We passed Beluga Wales & he turned around so we could get out & get a better look. Never felt rushed & really enjoyed overselves. The glacier boat ride did it right too. Gets close to waterfalls & the glacier. Crew is friendly & will take your photo's with your camera at all the best photo spots.

We got picked up on time, clean transport van with a very good driver. Snacks and water provided lots of great information provided about the area and several stops to view wild animals. The conservation site was very interesting but it is not a zoo. It is truly a conservation site. Weather changed from cool to cold, layers recommended for the glacier boat ride very windy. The boat has an upper deck and a lower deck that has windows and heat which made viewing more comfortable. The boat team was very interesting and engaging. The sites were really good. I would recommend this as a trip for a good cost. Jeremy our guide was great.

Jeremy was our driver and tour guide. He has an extensive knowledge of Alaska , its animals, plants, rock formations, highways, etc. He drove us along the Seward Highway and Turnagain Arm. We stopped at Bird Point where we saw amazing granite rocks and a cabin lookout. We then went to Portage Valley where we saw Explorer Glacier and Middle Glacier. We boarded the M/V Ptarmigan and cruised the Portage Lake where we were impressed by the lovely falls and by the Portage Glacier - we witnessed glacial "calving". After the cruise, Jeremy took us to a local cafe and gift shop and told about several plants in Alaska. He then drove us to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center where we saw musk ox, bison, caribou, and elk. A highlight of the tour came when we stopped at Falls Creek: at an overlook of the creek we saw several kinds of salmon! Jeremy said they had not been there the day before, and after this he was very alert to keep an eye out for any hungry bears. We then returned to Anchorage. Jeremy was (is) a most excellent guide. Thanks, Jeremy!

This trip is a wonderful way to see a variety of sights in the area, while having someone else do the driving. Jeremy was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. He took us to stops we probably wouldn’t have known about on our own and definitely made the day interesting and enjoyable. We were fortunate to see many varieties of wildlife, in the conservation center, as well as in their natural habitats throughout the day. I highly recommend this tour.

The location is, of course, spectacular. The finer details, such as local knowledge, an obvious passion for Alaska, its wildlife and heritage, is what makes this a great tour. Highly recommend

I am super impressed with this company! Although I had a last minute emergency and had to fly home, they were very understanding and worked with me on my reservation and I was able to fly home and deal with my emergency knowing that people out there reallycare - that speaks volumes especially in todays world, TY so much for being who you are and I will return and use you again!

Initially I was surprised we only spent an hour on the boat - but in the end I was not disappointed. Jerome was great - we saw several parts of Alaska we may not have otherwise - guided by an expert who filled in the knowledge gap. It was a wonderful experience for my family!
