It was a very nice tour around the thriving Vancouver harbour and.port facilities. Fortunately the weather gods smiled upon the day making the trip very pleasant.

I was supposed to go on a Vancouver Harbour tour this afternoon, which I had booked through Viator. I arrived at the dock early, only to be told there are no tours today. Took quite a bit of doing to find a help phone number for Viator so that I could arrange a refund, but finally managed to find one on their site. Apparently they need to contact the tour operator to verify that there are no tours today, and I will receive a refund in about 7 days. Not to mention that I spent $18 on 3 hours worth of parking, won't be getting that back!! GGGRRRRR!! However, I did book my Gastown Ghost through Viator and originally had booked a different harbour cruise for Fishmen's Creek, but I was notified by the tour operator there was a problem with the boat, and I got a refund in 2 days. So, it seems like it is a decent organization, but they do need to do a better job of keeping track of the various tour operator schedules.

A waste of time/money. Nothing to see/do. The boat was old and run down. Totally bad experience. Don't do it.

Nice trip round the harbour very informative, but not enough seating on the top deck. There was a trip of a coach load who were given priority over people who'd booked online, this coach load took all of the top deck seating not good enough.
