Lucile was amazing! She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Half of our party had been before but she pointed out so many things we had not previously seen and gave us wonderful historical information. She was early to pick us up and dropped ours off right in front of our building at the end of our tour. One of best tour guides we have ever had.

Andre was excellent. Very knowledgeable and interesting. The gardens in the winter are a bit disappointing but that’s to be expected. Overall a great experience.
An Excellent Way to See Versailles

While Versailles Palace has to be one of the more touristy destinations around Paris, this private tour tended to minimize that feel. Our guide, Zara, could not have been better. She met us in our hotel lobby right on time and filled every moment of our time with her with historical and practical information that would have taken us considerably longer to unearth on our own - and likely lots of tidbits that we would have missed. Another benefit of this tour was the drive from central Paris to Versailles and back, during which time Zara educated us on everything we were passing and seeing along the way. Her knowledge of the entire area and Versailles Palace itself was exceptional and we'd recommend her highly.

Good tour, but looking back at the tour outcome, we felt it was way too expensive for what we got in return. Our guide, Pablo, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the audio devices provided sure helped ease the tour since the palace was incredibly crowded and noisy. However, we do not consider the overall tour price to fairly match the experience, since the only significant difference with similar tours was skipping the line and a customized hotel pickup.

Andre’s our tour guide was fabulous. He was so funny. He gave us a great tour with great facts and history of the Versailles. I would come back and ask for him again.
