The first part of the concert includes Viennese classical works from Mozart and Haydn. The second part consists of Vivaldi’s legendary violin concerto “The Four Seasons,” featuring a string ensemble and Austrian soloists of international renown.
The Golden Hall is famous for the New Year`s Day Concert and its unique acoustics
The Brahms Hall is famous for having the best acoustics of all chamber music halls

5.00I never get tired of listening to the Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Beautiful concert hall. The seating was a little hectic. I wish they would tell everyone at the time of ticket pick up that it's mandatory to check the coats in and that they only take cash. This caused us to get inline twice. Otherwise the concern hall is beautiful and much warmer than a church. Definitely worth the visit.

4.00Never having been to a concert of this type my wife and I whilst on a 4 day trip to Vienna booked tickets in advance We booked category 2 tickets and on collection of our tickets pre show we were on row 1 on the balcony just above the stage The concert was really good with 25 in the orchestra and the sound was excellent even although we only knew the spring section of Vivaldis 4 seasons The concert and encore lasted just over 2 hours including a 15 minute interval If you are in Vienna this is a great way to spend an evening

5.00Had a great time! The hall is gorgeous, and the music was exceptional. There was a 1 euro per item coat check if you need it, and only one of them took credit cards. It was quite crowded to check in but the lines moved quickly. But still, get there a little early to make sure you get to your seats on time or you will have to wait for a break the program to get ushered in. There are refreshments available upstairs, as well as restrooms.
