  We had one of the best tours with Diana for a visit to Zaanse Schans. Diana met us at Amsterdam Central station and had our train tickets. We travelled to Zaanse and she pointed out a few places during the train ride. Once we arrived, she navigated our way to the cheese shop, clog store and the windmill. It was a busy day but she really knew her stuff. Lots of historical information that we loved learning about. This was a small group tour so max like 12-15 but it was just 4 of us so it became a private tour. I really liked that she didn’t cancel the tour because it wasn’t a full group. Also, Diana kept in touch with messages right up until the day of the tour. . After the tour finished, which was about 2 hrs, Diana left us so we were free to wander around on our own. Diana had our return tickets for us. Highly recommend Diana for this tour

  Diana was a great guide for this small group tour. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend a few hours getting to know Zaanse Schans, its windmills, cheese and clogs.

  Diana is the BEST tour guide for Zaanse Schans! She lives locally and gives such a fun tour filled with super interesting history! Since we were the only people that signed up for that session, we ended having a private tour. Diana met us at the main train station and took us to Zaanse Schans. We explored the windmills, the clog workshop, and the cheese tasting (especially gouda)! The actual tour lasted about 2 hours. We had so much fun that we were sad when the tour finally came to an end. After the tour, Diana biked home and we stayed in the region longer to explore the paint manufacturing windmill and we tried the delicious mustard soup! There are many different tours you can select for Zaanse Schans, but you MUST select this one! Diana is truly the best tour guide we've ever had and she goes out of her way to avoid getting mixed in with the large groups of tourists (20+) who arrived via tour buses. She truly went above and beyond! Thank you so much Diana!
