1.00Everyone in the group arrived on time and was weighed at the hotel without any issues. Upon arriving at the start point, we were weighed again, and one person in the group was rejected all other members were considerably heavier than there first weigh. The team showed no willingness to help resolve the situation regarding the rejected individual. Viator, the booking company, allows 72 hours for a refund. We left Dubai two days later and were informed that the company would not be issuing a refund, claiming the weight issue was considered a missed appointment. Avoid this company—they will take your money and provide poor service.

1.00Disappointing. They said I weigh too much for me to go on. The max is 100 kg or 220 lbs. I weighed 219 lbs in the states and 225 lbs before I was about to go. I’m still waiting on refund. Some of tear tour companies are very shady and will have no problem telling oh sorry but no refunds. Do not recommend if you weigh more than 200 lbs. star away.

5.00This was an experience of a lifetime! I’m so happy I did the XLINE! Safety was their main priority and everything went smoothly! The views above the marina were absolutely breathtaking!! If you want to experience an Adrenaline rush with amazement and be the envious of all your friends, this is the excursion to go for!! You won’t regret it!
