All passengers must complete a boarding report and present valid ID at the ticket office before departure, (Please arrive at least 15 minutes early).)

Boarding is not allowed without a boarding pass.

ID is required for all passengers. For infants, adolescents, or foreigners, a guardian’s or representative’s ID may be used.

Cruises operate in rain or snow, except on officially announced closure days.

Operations will be suspended in the event of a heavy rain advisory, cold wave warning, Paldang Dam discharge exceeding 3,000 tons per second, or a closure notice from the Han River Business Headquarters.

If canceled due to weather or ship issues, guests will be notified via text or phone and offered a full refund or rescheduling.
