Took a day trip bus tour through the Scottish Highlands, and honestly, it was a blast. The scenery was jaw-dropping. It had rolling green hills, glassy lochs, and those postcard-perfect little towns you think only exist in movies. But the real MVP was our driver, Greg. Absolute legend. He’s one of those people who can make a 5 hour drive feel like ten minutes because he’s constantly dropping random facts like why a certain hill has a weird name, or the history of some random bridges we passed. He’s got that perfect mix of dad-jokes and actually interesting trivia. The whole day felt relaxed, never rushed, and we got plenty of time at each stop to soak it all in (and take a ridiculous amount of photos). If you’re on the fence about doing the Highlands in a single day, I’d say go for it and if Greg’s behind the wheel, even better.

Whilst scenery along the route is beautiful , but you spend most of the time on the bus. It was worthwhile including the Loch Ness cruise.

This was a really great tour if you don’t have your own car and want to see the highlights of The Highlands. It’s a long day but there are plenty of stops along the way! Definitely recommend!
