What can I say about Felix. This man. Not only took us on our tour but added extra…at no extra cost. Showed us where to shop. Where to get THE best Peking duck. Taught us how to eat it. Went beyond the tour time to truly make us feel welcome. He is so hilarious we are bringing his jokes home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Just ask for him.

Good tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. We learned a lot of history at the forbidden city. Our tour guide even picked us up at our hotel.

One day before the tour the guide has called me that there are no tickets available and he has to cancel the tour! There is no option to get back my money (less than 24 hours) in the app or webpage! I have paid more than 200USD for the 4-hours trip at Viator, it was cancelled by the tour guide super short notice and now I have to do all the paper work with my lawyers to get back my money and for compensation! I came to Beijing mainly because of the forbidden city and couldn’t see it.
