  Exploring Shanghai with Ruby was an unforgettable experience! Her deep knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour interesting and funny. The tour was perfectly organized and tailored to make the most of our really short time in the city. Highly recommended!

  Fabulous tour of Shanghai with Kalvin who is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly local guide who was brought up in Shanghai so brought the whole tour to life with his stories and explanations of local history and the development of Shanghai. We had an excellent Shanghainese lunch in a restaurant we would never have found ourselves with Kalvin selecting a great range of dishes for us to try. Transfers arrived on time and the same car stayed with us throughout the tour with an English speaking driver who was also very friendly and helpful. Viator managed all the arrangements very well and kept us well informed about the pick up and drop off arrangements from our hotel which was in Pudong New Area so we did agree to pay a supplement as it was out of the city centre but we did not mind this as everything went smoothly and the car provided was new and very comfortable.

  Fantastic tour! Ruby’s English was impeccable and she is a wealth of knowledge. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour as ruby introduced me to the culture and history of Shanghai while visiting some of the highlights of the city.

  Kalvin, our guide picked us up on time at the hotel and took us around a short tour of key locations in Shanghai. He was knowledgeable and explained the history of the city in detail. We liked the tour very much and would highly recommend it.

  I visited this lovely city for work but decided to stay an extra day. I took half day tour with this company and I was very impressed not only by their professionalism but also the wealth of knowledge of Kelvin a very excellent tour guide. The driver was diligent and very polite. Sunny answered every question I had before the tour. And Kelvin, he was absolutely a delight. We visited the French consignment, the English consignment, took some pictures by the river, attempted to see the skyscrapers (cloudy day), visited a silk factory, a section of old town, beautiful private garden, and ended in a tea shop where I learnt a lot about tea. Kelvin is Shanghai born and raised, his family too and I think this is very evident as we proudly talks about this modern city, with an amazing heritage, and surprisingly rich history that is not old at all but still quite impressive. I was delighted and can't wait to come back for more! Thank you for the amazing experience.
