1.00Do not book with this company. The tour boat never showed up for the time scheduled. We waited at pier 36 one hour with no boat in sight. We tried contacting the tour guide but was not successful in reaching anyone. To this day, we have not been refunded for the ticket that we paid for. Another tour boat starship was there and told us that this tour boat majestic cruise haven’t been at the pier all week and wasn’t seen there that day either.

1.00Unfortunately, we didn't get to go and TRIP ADVISOR has previously refunded the tour they charged me for. We found our way to the pier as advised as did many other tourists. We waited for approx 1hour prior to boarding and another 30+mins after the collect time. We did not receive a call, text message or email of explaination. There was just no communication for a no show. One tourist got a call advising of our boat having broken down and didn't know any details or if another was going to replace, not any explaination. So unprofessional. I definately advise Trip advisor to delete this tour company to refer for Travellers as myself.

1.00The boat didn't show up in the 3-4 hours we were in area. The disregard for people's time and money without any form of communication is unacceptable. Apparently, they are known for this. Tried calling and the mailbox was full. Is it really that difficult to let people know in advance that you will not show up??
