  I took this tour thinking that there’s only 10 of us but about 30 people. They communicated with me without any problem. The bus was old, the cover of the seats were ripped. But we managed. The activities were planned well and enjoyed the tour. Especially the mosque, the tour guide was excellent

  Tour guide never showed up and was unable to be contacted...... Can't even give one star with a no show!

• If visiting the mosque was the purpose, then the trip is ok.

  We were picked up on time, the communication about pick up was smooth. When we didn’t like the place for lunch, the driver was able to take us to the mall for different food. The driver was rather quiet, provided limited information, he acted more like a driver instead of a tour guide. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was really beautiful, that was the best part of the whole trip, visiting the art gallery and Dates market was waste of time, the rest of the trip was ordinary.

  Guide arrived late, don't tell his name, car was really unconfortable ( we were in the back and we are tall so... squeeze all the day), bad ventilation, we visited the places but ( 2 were skipped ), no comment ( so not a guide), he did almost a car accident and a poursuit followed in town ! A little bite later, he did a race car with an other guide on highway ( more than 140/ hr) ...My son ( 17 yrs old and military cadet was afraid and told me : no race with tourist inside a car !) In fact, I travel a lot, I'm a old car racer and I drive in any condition ( bad road, flood, snow storm, animal on the road etc) , it's my first time with a so unsafe experience during a tourist tour... A good dangerous and furious taxi tour but not more....

  I must say that we didn't think our tour will happen. Our driver didn't turn up on our booked date. However, the tour operator called us a few hours after and was very apologetic. There was a miscommunication, and they were very sorry. He immediately offered us the next day which fortunately was a free day for us. It was a group of six with good rapport. Khalid, the tour guide was excellent He knew the story and history very well. He was warm and courteous. We were very delighted and happy we made the journey from dubai. I will definitely recommend them
