3.00Our guide was great, friendly and polite. The content of the tour was good. BUT The problem is when on a shared tour we thought it would be like a minibus but NO it was a 7seater Toyota Prado wagon, and because we were last to be picked up, we were expected to climb across the folded middle seat into the seat at the back, (my husband is nearly 6'). the middle row had 2 young adults with an 8year old child, but they weren't moving. Only for the fact that the front passenger offered up her front seat for my husband we would not have been able to go!! It was certainly not feasible for the company to expect people to squash into the vehicle

5.00I had a wonderful day. The rest of the tour participants slept on the way to Abu Dhabi and Rana gave me my personal history of Dubai. He was well informed and added humor to the day. We had a problem in the morning, and he handled it so professionally and made sure that everyone got the tour they paid for. He accomodated us and let us guide the tour. The sights were amazing and I loved the day!
