  Our guide was Ashir, very punctual, attentive and kind. It was a very good tour, I can only recommend it. The car was comfortable and clean. Ashir provide a lot of informations about the landmarks. Tour starts at 10h and arrive back to the hotel around 18h.

  The tour was advertised to be with an English speaking tour guide. The driver that picked us up barely spoke fluent English, less so was able to be a tour guide. He was accommodating and very well intentioned. Driving from Dubai to Abu Dhabi (and back)was flawless. The disappointment comes from not getting what was advertised.

  Tour was awful. Starting from the ”guide” picking us up one hour late. I put guide between “” because he barely told us anything about the city. Also, he was falling asleep the whole ride which of course is very dangerous. Regarding the schedule per se, it wasn’t respected as shown here, he changed the order but at least respected the stops, NOT THE TIMES. For example as you can see in the attached, we had 45 minutes to spend at the Emirates Palace so we could stop there, take some pictures and see the inside but he didn’t even stop close to it (the photo attached was the closest). I know you can get to the entrance of the amazing building and also have a coffee there because I had the opportunity to visit it with other company a few years ago and when I told him that he said we could spend sometime there but we had to cancel other stop and the group decided to go to the other stop. Then on the rest of the stops he just dropped us there, without explaining anything. He told be here by x time and that’s it. On the Ferrari World we didn’t go inside, only the free part without the option to enter, being like this is a totally avoided stop. When we arrived to the Mosque (last stop instead of first which I personally preferred because we got to see the sunset) he left us before security so we had to managed ourselves to enter without doing a queue that would’ve taken us half of the time we had to spend there. Oh and when was lunch time he told us you can eat fast food at the mall or have something Emirati in this restaurante so of course fe wanted something typical but he didn’t tell us that it was a buffet so we had to spend more money and time. We complained to him and he drove us to the mall to have American fast food (only option available). On that expedition we spent around an hour 15. We chose this tour for the amount of good reviews. It had just one star and I think we had the bad luck to get whit that driver, Abdul. So if you’re thinking on booking there, just make sure he’s not your guide.
