2.00Do not book this tour with them . We were in a group of 4. We were rushed everywhere. We went to the mosque, art museum and some other building I can’t remember and a town to shop. The art museum was supposed to tour us but instead sat us down to force us to spend 400-1k on a mat with gems on it. Since we refused they kicked us out. Driver drove recklessly. Car was silent no radio no nothing. Watched YouTube and drove. Almost crashed several times. Very rude. If you get waseem good luck. Doesn’t care if you enjoy. Send you n the location and you figure it out

2.00Some parts of this tour were great... other parts were downright terrible. Overall it gets a sub-par review due to poor communication before and during the trip. For example: We visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque at night... which was superb -- it was immediately clear that nighttime is the best time to visit the mosque. But... the tour info said pickup time would be 9am and dropoff would be 6pm. We weren't picked up until 10:15 and dropoff was around 8:30pm, causing us to miss a dinner reservation. I would have been fine with our timetable (and a nighttime visit) if it had been communicated in advance. Our guide Durgesh didn't meet expectations. At one point he set a pickup time and location for lunch, then failed to show up. I messaged him on WhatsApp to find out what to do and he didn't respond for 20 minutes because his phone was dead. Our visit to the Emirates Palace hotel included our guide driving up to the gate... asking if he could drive us up to the hotel... being told "absolutely not" by security... and turning around. There appears to be no actual agreement or plan to get you onto hotel grounds. The worst part of the tour was the penultimate stop at the Islamic "art museum." There were probably 3 pieces of actual art, followed by rooms and rooms of jewelry, clothing, and carpets for sale. Our guide disappeared and we were basically trapped for 30 minutes in a hard sale pitch for items we showed no interest in. We kept saying no but there were always more items to show us. I think the only way to continue on with the tour is to say "show me the exit. I'd like to leave now."
