Wow. Rina was a wealth of information. My husband was a bit hobbled due to a knee replacement in June. She was very patient and helpful. This is a great tour. All the ruins were explained in detail as were the exhibits in the museum.

The Acropolis and its Museum. We recommend visiting the Museum before visiting the Acropolis. Indeed, the friezes detailed in restoration or not in the museography are better visible in the Muse. Thus the chronology of the carved decorations, the architecture of the models, and also the objects of art give the measure of the great Athenian civilization. The Museum is also a very beautiful architectural project (one of the most beautiful museums in the world to emphasize its real museographic qualities), remarkable in its cultural respect for what it presents (not at all 'have you seen'), beautiful course (this is really among the Ancient Greeks), functioning as a real case. Very nice effects of terraces, glass facades and interior curtains. Good Museum cafeteria, beautiful salads, cordial Service. The Acropolis we don't comment: we love it! The shopping district with its marble-paved streets is also worth it. Well-matched shops and beautiful presentations (fashion, jewelry, antiques, souvenirs), friendly manager.

Excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed the museum. We have toured the acropolis before and we learned a lot more thanks to our guide on this trip.

We took the Acropolis tour and the museum tour with Maria. She was excellent and provided much information we would not have otherwise been exposed to. It rained during the entire tour, but they provided rain gear for all. The Acropolis is naturally very slippery due to the terrain ( hilly and lots of marble), but the rain made it more difficult. Maria was undaunted by the weather and maintained ongoing commentary. She was also very patient and took extra care to assure we were all okay. Great tour even in the rain!

Very knowledgeable guide, of course the Acropolis is a once in a lifetime event and the guide really communicated well. Plenty of breaks, but there's no getting out of a lot of walking.

The actual event was fantastic, but the tour guide was not very interesting. She spoke anecdotally too much and not about the historical significance of the subject, essentially taking away valuable time of allowing us to take photos.

They falsely advertise max of 24 people, yet there were 31 of us. Guide was knowledgeable but not friendly (as advertised) or engaging. Very repetitive.

Really got a good sense of several different areas of Athens and then followed up going back to some of the site. Our guide Rena was very invested in helping us take photos and making sure we saw everything too best advantage including the soldiers changing guard. Super fun time and super fun group. I rode the regular bike and didn't have any problems with the terrain but I am a regular bike rider so not sure if someone without such practice would do well on a regular bike. Perhaps consider ebike but definitely worth your time and effort. Super fun and I had energy left to walk all day!
