The Alhambra
The Alhambra, located on the Sabica hill, is an Andalusian palatine city. Its name comes from the reddish colour of its walls, coming from the clay of the land itself (Al-Hamra in Arabic). It is formed by a group of palaces, gardens and fortress where there was a citadel within the city of Granada itself, its main function was to serve as accommodation for the monarch and the court of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada. There are also Christian settlements, such as the palace of Charles V and the church of Santa Maria, built on top of the old mosque. It is one of the most visited monuments in Spain and was declared a World Heritage Site in 1984. Enjoy the visit with an official guide.

1.00Very poor and unfair service. I made an honest mistake in my booking and accidentally selected January instead of December for a visit to Granada. I contacted them almost immediately to correct it, but they refused to change the date, refused to offer an alternative, and refused any refund. Their attitude was completely inflexible and unprofessional. In my opinion, this approach is unacceptable and likely breaches European consumer rights. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

1.00We have booked a tour for Alahambra surrondings but the day of the visit the guide did not show up and none was able to give us the ticket to go around by ourself. So in the end we paid and we couldn’t make use of the service!!!

1.00This tour was a complete scam. I arrived at the designated meeting point at the specified time and waited, but no tour guide ever showed up. I tried calling the provided phone number multiple times on the day of the tour, and none of the calls were answered. There was absolutely no communication, no explanation, and no attempt to contact me before or after the scheduled start time. I wasted my time waiting and had to make alternative plans at the last minute. Even worse, Viator has not helped so far, and no refund has been issued, neither by the tour operator nor through Viator, despite the service never being provided. I strongly advise against booking this tour. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional.

5.00Volunteerly ns chose December to avoid the heat and crowds but obviously ns did not see the magic of the flower gardens but ns greatly enjoyed our visit. Especially thanks to the kindness and immense knowledge of our guide Sheikh sow a big thank you to him.

1.00Cheat, fraud, scam company. Stay away from them! They take your money. They use Google optimization to get the customers pay high price. The tickets are hard to get or might not get them at all. There is very bad customer service. Very disapointing!
